We do already have a support ticket system, which can be accessed here.

Where is it? I looked at all the threads and didnt see a help ticket thread of any sort.

If you hover over the "more" tab in the top right corner 3 options should appear, one of them being support

Alright Revising my suggestion. Pin something on top of the forums telling players where to submit tickets.

9/10 times people will go to forums if they have issues. Didnt even think to look at the "more" drop down on the website.
