Now that our player numbers are back up and we're getting a huge number of new players in, it's time that we remind you of one of our policies when it comes to tickets. Basically, by now I'm sure you'll know just how buggy Pixelmon can be at times - so we strongly encourage people to keep screenshots of all valuable Pokemon and items, plus if possible their stats, just in case your beloved Dunsparce is kidnapped by the evil Dr
Screenshots can be taken by pressing F2 (Fn + F2 for some laptop users). They will then be stored in either %appdata%\.minecraft\screenshots (regular launcher) or %appdata%\.technic\modpacks\pixelmon-513-pro\screenshots (Technic).
If it's a particularly valuable item or Pokemon, then it will be impossible for us to replace it without proof - so make sure you're prepared in advance!
EDIT August 2018: Due to a recent spate of "OMG I lost a full team of perfect legends"-type tickets with poor or no proof, we are toughening up our stance on this. If you cannot prove the stats of your Pokemon and it was not acquired from either AH or WT, then you will just be reimbursed with a basic form of that Pokemon. Sorry to those of you who lose out legitimately, but recent events have made us take this stance.
